Out of School Youth Lead: Oversees the daily operations of the countywide out of school youth component, Oversees outreach, eligibility, orientation, and intake. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in education and/or counseling or related field or equivalent experience and/or education. Wilkes-Barre

Vocational Instructor (half time): Prepares youth for certification in specific skills areas. Pre-tests, arranges for online exams, monitors exams, and ensures integrity of process.
